The building was built around 1927. It used to be the Pioneer Ford automobile dealership.

 

An loft/living space in the back by the river has two bedrooms, a living room and European bath upstairs, and a living room area, dining room area, fully equipped kitchen and private outdoor patio off the kitchen.
