We're primarily interested in leasing the commercial space. The entire 1217 square feet of gallery space and 382 square feet of covered carport space can be leased for only $1200 per month. 

 

Commercial Space and Residential Space Combined

 

If you're interested in leasing the entire space, commercial and 1700 square feet of residential space, the price would be $2450 per month. The residential space includes 1500 square feet of deck space on two decks.

 

Think about it. 1700+ square feet of living space--two bedrooms and a bath, living room, dining room and kitchen with large decks -- plus 1600+ square feet of commercial space. It's a perfect, live, work play situation.

 

The WHOLE Space

 

There is also 193 square feet of additional storage and a 983 square feet workshop that could be part of the package if you're interested--that would be 4300 square feet total.  

 

We would also consider a lease with an option to purchase for the right buyer.
